🏢 Enroute International Limited is looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Trainers. This contractual position is based in Dhaka. We are seeking candidates who are dedicated to conducting classes and guiding students with enthusiasm and professionalism. As a Trainer, you will play a vital role in the education and development of our students.

✨ Role Objective:

📚 Conduct daily classes and provide effective instruction.

🤝 Coordinate and guide students in your assigned class.

🔄 Implement load distribution as per institute policies.

📅 Prepare class distribution and routines.

📝 Create comprehensive lesson plans and job sheets aligned with the syllabus, seeking approval from the section in-charge.

🎓 Regularly conduct training sessions in a timely manner.

📋 Maintain various registers, including attendance, record, lesson plan, notice, and trainer time sheet.

📞 Counsel parents/guardians as necessary.

💼 Take initiative to uphold the institution’s image.

🚫 Address any instances of undisciplined activities by students.

📚 Any other duties assigned from time to time.

🔍 Additional Requirements:

🎓 Master’s/MBA/Honors degree in any field.

👩‍🏫👨‍🏫 Proven experience in teaching/training for 5 to 7 years.

🚺🚹 Both males and females are eligible to apply.

💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, video editing software, and digital marketing.

📝 Additional Information:

💰 Salary Range:

• • 🌞 Morning & Day Batch:
    • 💵 Salary: 25,000 BDT.
    • ⏰ Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • 🌙 Evening Batch:
    • 💵 Salary: 15,000-20,000 BDT (Negotiable, based on competency).
    • ⏰ Office Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
  • 🌞🌙 Day & Evening Batch:
    • 💵 Salary: 25,000-30,000 BDT (Negotiable, based on competency).
    • ⏰ Office Time: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
